Firefly Jewelry Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: Firefly Jewelry items purchased from The Design Haus Online may be returned within 21 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition as determined by our inspection. All tags must be attached, and all packaging materials included. To return a Firefly Jewelry item for refund or exchange, you must first contact us by e-mail at robtjriver@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Code. This code must appear on the outside of the return package. Packages received without the code will be sent back to you. All items returned to The Design Haus Online must be shipped prepaid; no CODs. Send returns to this address: Robert James River, 298 Romaine Spring View, Fenton, MO 63026. Returns of items obtained by special order, coupons, or discontinued items are not eligible for return. Please make sure the product ordered is exactly what you want.
